Prik Nam Pla is my favorite Thai chili sauce and the classic chili dip in Thailand. Prik Nam Pla is used to flavor dishes with rice, sticky rice and fried rice and vegetables, curries, soups and stir fry dishes.

Prik Nam Pla consists of Thai Chili (Prik) and fish sauce (Nam Pla).
